Unframed prints ship flat in a rigid mailer, backed with board and sealed in a protective sleeve. Framed pieces ship in a padded box with corner protectors.
Local pickup: Miami customers can choose free pickup at checkout, and we'll email you to arrange a time.

Returns
Prints (framed or unframed): return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as the print is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
ORNATE originals: all sales of originals are final.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged, email a photo of the item and packaging to davel@daveldesigns.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back.
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, contact us and we'll track it down or reship it.
